ApplyPilot

Terms of use

Last updated: October 3, 2026

What you are buying

ApplyPilot sells training and resources: a self-paced course with prompts, templates and a practice application. ApplyPilot does not submit applications for you and is not an application service.

You keep access to the version of the course you buy permanently. Updates are not promised indefinitely.

Your accounts and tools

The course teaches workflows for general AI assistants and their browser agents. Those tools are provided by other companies under their own terms and pricing, and you keep your own accounts with them. Never give your credentials to any tool; the course never asks for them.

You are responsible for following the terms of the platforms you use and of the employers you apply to. The course teaches stopping at logins, CAPTCHAs and human checks, and never teaches getting around access controls.

No results promised

The course teaches a method. It does not promise interviews, offers or employment, and no statement on this site should be read that way.

Acceptable use

Your course access is for you. Please do not redistribute the course materials, prompts or templates as your own product. The templates and worksheets are for your own job search and any way you personally adapt them.
