What we collect

Free lesson: the email address you enter, and whether you ticked the marketing checkbox. Tick it only if you want more emails; the lesson itself works without it.

Purchases: the email used at checkout, the amount, and the payment session reference. Payments are processed by our payment processor, which shows tax and the final total; we never see or store your card.

Course accounts: your sign-in identity (name and email) from the sign-in provider, your course progress, and your practice code.

What we deliberately keep off our servers

Your applicant profile, standard answers, tracker and playbook are documents on your computer. The course asks you to paste only excerpts into your AI assistant when a step needs them.

The Practice application keeps no document uploads. Practice runs, including any text you type there, are deleted after 7 days.

Emails

We email you the free lesson you requested and, if you ticked the consent box, a few more lesson excerpts. Every email includes a way to opt out, and an unsubscribe is honored.

If you bought the course, we email you about your access and your plan. That is not marketing; it is about the thing you bought.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and data. Reply to any email we sent you, or write to the address on your receipt. We delete your account, progress and purchase records; the payment processor keeps what financial law requires it to keep.
